Church of Scientology Sells Former Coleman Campus on Parkway Drive
The 8.6-acre property at 7380 Parkway Dr. was reportedly sold by the Church of Scientology for $9.3 million.
Fairfield Residential of San Diego has purchased 8.6 acres of land formerly used by Coleman Preparatory School in La Mesa from the Church of Scientology with plans to develop the property as multifamily housing, according to San Diego Business Journal.
The Los Angeles-based Church of Scientology International sold the 8.6-acre property at 7380 Parkway Dr for $9.3 million, according to CoStar Group and public data
