BO-beau Opens Tuesday in La Mesa Village

BO-beau kitchen + garden will officially open Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., according to manager Katherine Harper.

"We're going to be amazing and we're really excited," Harper said.

BO-beau opened especially for Oktoberfest earlier this month but open for business Tuesday.

The Cohn Restaurant Group restaurant at 8384 La Mesa Blvd. serves "comfort food with a global influence" and occupies a corner lot previously occupied by Gingham Spot and Gio's Wine Bar.

Benjamin Moore, formerly the Executive Chef in charge of multiple restaurants at Barona Casino, leads the restaurant's kitchen. BO-beau has 24 beers on tap and wines from France and parts of California.

At first the restaurant will only be open for dinner and closed Mondays, Harper said.

"We'll eventually be open for brunches in November," Harper said.

BO-beau will be open from 4:30-9 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday, 4:30-10 p.m. Friday to Saturday and 4:30-9 p.m. Sundays. The restaurant sits 250. Reservations are available. Dogs are allowed on the patio at BO-beau.
