Excellent news! That area of Normal has been an issue of concern for decades. Our children attend Dale & LMMS and have witnessed violence and other compromising situations. I hope the new owners will clean the area up. It'll bring the value of those surrounding homes UP and improve the safety of the area.

I'd say a 21 unit 'apartment building' in a building the size indicated in the photo is a massive cause for concern - at the most it looks like it could contain 4 - 6 units comfortably. What is the building being used for at the rate of present unit usage - housing illegals?

No, Kara. In the photo to the left you see a parking lot and more of the same colored buildings. The property is quite large, but run down. I hope they either upgrade them and raise the rent or take it all down and start over.
