Photos: Beauty in Many Forms at heART of Mount Helix

Music, painting, sculpture, food and an amazing view at the annual event.

The Sixth Annual heART of Mt. Helix, billed as "the the event of the summer on the top of the hill," lived up to the hype last weekend.

The event with an amazing sunset included visual arts demonstrations by local artists Chuck McPherson, Frank Cota and Sally Ault, music from East County musicians, silent and live auctions, and dancing under the stars to the Mighty Untouchables.

Delicious food tastings were available from Anthony's Fish Grotto, Mardi Gras Café, Terra American Bistro, Cali Comfort, Brigantine, Grove Pastry Shop, Riviera Supper Club, Rubio’s, Sadie Rose Bakery and craft beer from Ballast Point Brewery.
