Kroc Center Brings Back the Boo Bash

Families are invited to spend the Halloween holiday with all treats and no tricks.

During Halloween, some like to trick, others like to treat. The Kroc Center is offering up a family-friendly party without all the fright.

is an annual event held at the . Its focus is a “hauntless” evening of family fun, complete with safe activities for kids to celebrate the Halloween holiday.

Kids can come to the center this weekend and decorate cookies and pumpkins, play some carnival games, jump all their energy out in bounce houses and munch on some snacks. There will even be trick-or-treating and ice skating that will leave the kids satisfied for the weekend. Let the kids wear their costumes to add to the fun.

Looking for a safe and family-oriented Halloween activity? Visit the Salvation Army Kroc Center, located at 6845 University Ave., on Saturday from 3-6 p.m. Members and children under 3 get in to the Halloween festival for free, and guests are just $2 each. Proceeds from this spooktacular event will help replenish the Kroc Center Family Services Emergency Food Pantry.
