Summer Healthcare Fair
Looking for a weekend activity? Come out to the Summer Healthcare Fair, the largest annual free health fair in San Diego’s East County region, at Grossmont Center.
The health fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 9. Guests can expect more than 75 booths filled with all you need to know on senior housing, home care services, hospice care, home safety, fitness centers, health insurance, herbal supplements, medical supplies and more.
Free health screenings will be held for things like stroke, blood pressure and blood glucose/diabetes.

Additional information will be available about Alzheimer’s disease, chiropractic, dentistry and eye surgery. The San Diego Blood Bank will be accepting blood donations at this event.
Event sponsors will include Grossmont Healthcare District, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Grossmont Shopping Center, Kaiser Permanente, Rural Metro Ambulance and El Cajon-Lakeside-Santee Mortuary & Cremation Service.
