Cultural Culinary Christmas Celebration

DescriptionA Christmas Buffet and Silent Auction. Patrick Dean and friends will create a Mexican influenced feast:

Turkey with Mole Sauce
Traditional and Vegetarian Tamales
Local Vegetable Chopped Salad
Mexican Rice
Refried Beans
Ponche (a spiced beverage)
Homemade Christmas Cookies

Following dinner there will be a tamale cooking demonstration!
