The annual Oktoberfest is a fun and festive tradition that features live music, dancing, merchants, performances, food and -- of course -- beer. Sponsored by the La Mesa Village Merchants Association, the three-day event is expected to draw as many as 200,000 people.
Festivities include three beer gardens, five food courts, more then 300 vendor booths and a children's carnival.
Organizers suggest taking the San Diego Trolley Orange Line to the La Mesa Boulevard stop.
