9/11 Memorial Planned Sunday at Dallas Street Fire Station

Your Patch guide to weekend happiness and 9/11 tributes.

This weekend marks the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. It’s important to take a moment Sunday to remember the innocent that lost their lives and the people who risked theirs trying to save others. But it's also important to take some time and be grateful for what you have.

This weekend, Sept. 9-11, get out and spend some time with your loved ones. Stay nearby for a cheer camp, book signing, beauty pageant and a free movie. A memorial at Fire Station 12 will take place as a tribute to those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks.

Venture out a little farther for some family fun and far-away fundraisers.
