Other Notes
- La Mesa-Spring Valley public schools will be closed on Monday. Grossmont Union High School District schools, including Grossmont, Monte Vista and Mount Miguel High Schools, are closed as well.
- The Spring Valley, Casa de Oro, and La Mesa library branches are closed Monday, but will reopen on Tuesday.
- The Spring Valley Community Center and Spring Valley Gym are closed, however BINGO games will continue at the community center.
- Emergency service is not affected by the holiday. Call 911 if you have an emergency.
