Kudos for putting this on and giving to the community, what a great idea. We didn't make it this year but will definitely make it next year. I am wondering if anyone showcased any Santa Maria style tri-tip? If not, i may have a job to do next year!

Hi Rhea, Yes, there were several teams that made Santa Maria tri-tip, but none are as good as yours! Can't wait to see you next year. My clothes still smell like smoked meats. I may never wash them.

What a great idea. Is this every year on the same weekend? If so, I'll plan for it next year.
