Local fitness group encourages the community to stay fit through free exercise classes.
On Saturday, March 12, Body by Discipline offered a free intergenerational fitness boot camp class outside of the in order to motivate people to maintain healthy lifestyles.
“Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself. A body worth having comes from discipline,” said Jacques Lumpkin, a Body by Discipline trainer.
Body by Discipline offers classes for both youth and adults. Fitness training includes boxing, kickboxing, football, strength and conditioning. These workouts
are guaranteed to improve stamina and increase speed, all while learning to maintain correct form. Whether students participate in personal training, group classes or boot camp, they will end class with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
