Nominate East County Citizen and Project of the Year for 'Building Better Health'
The County initiative to build better health in east county is looking for nominees passionate about improving the health of the community.

Do you know a person or project that has demonstrated outstanding achievement in promoting the vision of Healthy People, Thriving Communities in East County?
Post your nomination on Facebook page and include the person’s or project’s name along with a brief description of how they have made a difference.

In November, they’ll conduct a poll on Facebook to determine the winning person and project. The winners will be announced in December, featured on their page with short videos of their stories, and recognized by County Supervisor Dianne Jacob at the Live Well, San Diego! Building Better Health in East County Leadership Team meeting in January.
