Did you know the Heritage of the Americas Museum contains 500 years of prehistoric and historic art?
Since the Heritage of the Americas Museum opened, its collections have been the foundation of major museums in the world, including the Smithsonian and British National Museum, according its website.
Members of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District community will come together to celebrate 20 years of educating museum visitors.
The event will have food, drinks, wine, and a silent auction.
Listen to the music of Chris Klich Jazz Trio and Jim Hanniba and check out the artwork of featured artist Alfredo Rodriguez.
The celebration will be at The Heritage of the Americas Museum from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Wedneday, Jan. 23. Donations of $20 will be requested or donate $25 at the door.
