A Look Back At the Greatest Senior Prank Ever At Grossmont High School

What ever became of the fountain that was a gift from the Class of 1916?

When Grossmont High School classes graduate, they often give a gift to the school as a reminder of their presence. One unique memento of this tradition is the Class of 1916 Fountain on Grossmont’s campus. In 1916, the 15 members of the senior class of El Cajon Valley Union High School donated a “sanitary drinking fountain” to the school.
