Fazio will give an update on the future Brady Family Children, a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse to be built on the west end of the La Mesa Middle School campus. An existing teen center, located on the same school campus and owned by the city of La Mesa, also will be remodeled and renamed the Brady Family Teen Center. Construction is planned to begin in 2016. When completed, both facilities are expected to serve up to 400 children a day ages 5 to 18.
