Get All the Veteran’s Benefits You Deserve

Older U.S. military service veterans frequently don’t obtain all the veteran’s benefits for which they’re qualified. Macario Dimayuga will describe the benefits available and how to access them at a presentation on Friday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. at Mount Miguel Covenant Village, 325 Kempton St., Spring Valley.

During his presentation “Understanding Your VA Benefits,” Dimayuga, national service officer with the Disabled American Veterans, will discuss nearly a dozen types of benefits available including VA pensions, health care entitlement and enrollment, dependency and indemnity compensation, survivors’ benefits, and more. Following his presentation, he will answer questions from the audience.
