Free for children and parents: Happy Trails, Happy Habitats!

Earth Discovery Institute and the San Diego Mountain Biking Association bring an opportunity for children and parents to explore 'Happy Trails, Happy Habitats; A Day of Family Fun at Crestridge Ecological Reserve' on Saturday, January 25, 2014 9am-2pm: 

Children with their parents are invited to attend this FREE event. Learn how to build sustainable trails. Practice habitat-friendly hiking and biking skills. Identify tracks and signs of native animals. Restore habitat by planting native plants. Kids will take away a great experience and goody bags of educational materials, native species seeds for family or school gardens, a bibliography of related book titles for further reading, and other fun items. A light lunch will be provided.
