County Library Earns Special Mention For Library Of The Year

County Library Receives Special Mention from Library of the Year 2011 Committee

Every year libraries are invited to apply for the national distinction of Library of the Year.  This award is provided by Gale and Library Journal.  The award is given to a library that exemplifies innovative and superior service and uses the measurements of annual circulation, program attendance, public internet use and door count.

San Diego County Library has been busy in the last 5 years and was included as a Special Mention!   Congratulations San Diego County Library!  You can view the article here.
