1. Bayou Brothers Play Sunset Summer Concert Series- 6 p.m. Friday at Grossmont Center.
Catch Cajun, Zydeko and blues from a group nominated for Best Blues Band in the 2013 San Diego Music Awards. Every Friday evening from July 5 to August 30 catch live music at the Macy's Courtyard from 6-8 p.m.

2. La Mesa Police Department Quarterly Crime Update: Fewer Robberies, but More Property Crime Last Quarter
