Introductory Clinic Taught by Wheaton College Synchronized Swimming Team

Have fun while learning the basic synchronized swimming skills from the nationally ranked Wheaton College synchronized swimming team.

Aspiring swimmers and coaches can come and participate in the “Get In Synch Hour”, an introductory level synchronized swimming clinic.

You'll learn synchronized stroking, sculling races, underwater swimming and see a special performance by the Wheaton College synchronized swimmers.

The Wheaton College synchronized swimming team will hold a demonstration before the "Synch Hour," from 3-3:30 p.m. "Get In Synch" begins at 3:30 and goes until 4:30 p.m. 

This swimming program will be held at the City of La Mesa Municipal Pool, which has been closed for annual maintenance since Nov. 23 and will re-open to the public on Jan. 9, 2012.
