Climate change is a propaganda tool of the communists/marxists. A communist/marxist has anRead More insatiable thirst for political power, much like an alcoholic has an insatiable thirst for whiskey. The alcoholic knows the liquor he's consuming will eventually destroy his body, but he can't help himself. The communist knows his ambitions will destroy people, families, nations and eventually the world, but he does not care. We have elected a communist as our president. We are all in serious trouble.

Wait a minute Batman I don't understand are you saying that raising historic CO2 levels to what 85%Read More of the world's plants evolved in may be a good thing even if it means that sea levels rise by a few feet in a hundred years but that a nontrivial chance of a cataclysmic asteroid strike cough nuclear winter cough like what already happened is a real danger to worry about instead of cheaper food from nature's fertilizer?

Just imagine how much tax-payer money's been blown on Art's drinking junkets over the last quarterRead More century (and how many sidewalks have been soiled).

Mark, they were making that U-Turn to drop off their elementary school children in the red zoneRead More anyway....so the no U-Turn sign kills two birds with one stone: no bad U-Turns + no parking in the red zone. And, we are talking about elementary school children, so safety should have been all those parents first priority.

It is good to narrow the streets. Pedestrians are road kill in San Diego County. And if drivers doRead More not realize there is not enough room to make a U-turn, they need to retake the driving test instead of going over the curb. This is not rocket science people.

Did S(he) tell you what was "shoddy" about his helping women with their choice?
Stuart Strenger April 20, 2013 at 02:48 pm
I've talked to God, and (S)he definitely supports a woman's right to choose whether she remainsRead More pregnant or not but disapproves of the shoddy way Dr. Gosnell ran his clinic. Surely you see the distinction as well. Medical malpractice is malpractice from any religious or ethical position. By the way, God also said (S)he supports gay marriage.
Komfort April 20, 2013 at 10:51 am
What does your God say about Kermit Gosnell and a woman's right to choose?

Everyone needs instruction!!!!!!
Doug Curlee April 10, 2013 at 01:55 pm
hopefully, no one.. none of us here needs religious instruction from you or anyone else..Read More certainly i don't..and whether i do or not is NOT your decision to make.. it's mine..try to bear that in mind doug

Status Quo....You are correct in what you say and I am just giving it the old one-two and maybeRead More someone might connect. I should shut up to most but if not me....then who?

Maybe an interpretive center is where future generations of residents can try to understand why theyRead More would demolish something of historical importance to make way for more buildings that nobody will use. No?
Kevin George February 26, 2013 at 09:34 pm
After reading the overview of the project I think there is a problem with priorities. AnRead More amphitheater, walking paths, new tennis courts, an interpretive center and a new clubhouse (?) seem to be overshadowing the thing that everyone wants to preserve, the Springhouse. Why the heck would we tear down that dear old structure only to put up a new clubhouse and " interpretive center"? If you were to ask the average La Mesan to choose between new tennis courts, an amphitheater, walkways and a new "club house" OR renovating the Springhouse I think the answer would be to renovate the Springhouse. But that's just me. What the heck is an interpretive center anyway? Maybe if we didn't have a $35 million unfunded pension problem we could afford things like this and the car show and the Flag Day parade, but again, that's just me.
